I was driving through Franklin Kentucky and drove by the location of the ZAP electric car plant and noticed that no activity was going on. After calling a few prople about the plant I come across some information that the contracts were never signed. It looks like the party that went on there was just that a party. Residents of Frankilin were really looking forward to the jobs and a big boost to the Kentucky job market.
